Strawberry Rhubarb Galette
A rustic, free-form tart filled with Oregon strawberries and tart rhubarb from a farm in Hillsboro. Finished with a
sprinkle of raw sugar and a dollop of whipped cream.
Lavender Honey Scone
Delicate and floral, these scones are made with dried lavender from a farm in the Willamette Valley and drizzled with
local wildflower honey from our friends at Bee Local. Perfect with a cup of Portland Roasting Company coffee.
Meyer Lemon Cream Puff
Light choux pastry filled with a bright Meyer lemon custard and topped with a dusting of powdered sugar. These sell

Matcha White Chocolate Croissant
Our buttery croissant gets a spring twist with ceremonial-grade matcha and white chocolate chips folded into the
layers. It’s already becoming a new customer favorite.
